We require 24 hours notice for any lesson cancellations, otherwise full payment will be due. If we have to cancel a lesson, we will be in contact as soon as possible to reschedule the lesson to a suitable lesson time. If a reschedule is not possible and payment has already been sent a full refund will be issued.
Booking Policy
To confirm your lesson slot, full payment will be expected before we arrive for your lesson. If payment is not received two hours prior to your lesson start time, we will not arrive for your lesson.
Cash Payments
Due to the nature of our business we don’t accept cash payments at the lesson. All payments must be made online or via our online booking system prior to the lesson taking place.
Price Increases
We review our lesson prices annually. With any lesson price increase you will be informed with a minimum of two weeks notice. We are affected by fuel increases and inflation which will in turn effect lesson prices.
Complaints
We strive to deliver an excellent service throughout Bristol. However if at any point you feel we have not delivered satisfactory service please contact [email protected]. All complaints will be responded to within 24 hours.
